'If It's Football, It's Vital'

United - The Maturing Rooney Question!

He may not be on the North American tour but Wayne Rooney still remains a topical subject.

Recuperating after a poor World Cup, Wayne remains at the forefront of Sir Alex`s plans for 2010/2011

In fact Sir Alex couldn`t sing his praises high enough when asked about the striker, remarking,

"He had an improvement in terms of his timing and movement in the box and his positioning improved."

"He got us over 30 goals and if he does that again and adds a bit of spice to his game then that is what we expect."

"The boy has got an incredible armoury of talent."

"But the most important thing he needs is maturity and, when he gets that, you`ll see the complete footballer."

So is there more to come from Wayne Rooney or as he matures will bit so his game get better whilst others get worse!

Al Billy
Had an Amazing season last year and showed why Alex Ferguson spent all that money on him as a 17 year old , A born Striker , Just fortunate that he has every Footballing Skill to his game too lol , BUT in South Africa he was a shambles and went down a hell of a lot in my estimations and wont be suprised if he gets booed at away fixtures this season , His game is about passion and hunger and he showed neither , Personally pulling on ur national Jersey of any country should be the proudest time of any footballers career , But unfortunately Club rules country now so as an Englishman i cant see us winning anything in my lifetime !
