United - Brown Praise for Giggs!

United - Brown Praise for Giggs!

I love Wes Brown and if I had the cash I`d just have to go and buy that luxurious house he`s just put on the market.

I love Ryan Giggs as well and I admire everything he`s achieved for Manchester United during a long and distinguished career.

But, I`ve just got to disagree with Wes when he gives the following replay when quizzed about the best player ever!

"I know it`s going to sound daft, but I would have to say Giggsy!"

Daft!

Just a little bit!

But Wes continues,

"Of course, you`ve got the likes of Maradona and Pele who were world class players, but for me it`s Giggsy. His overall game and achievements are just incredible."

"You get one-offs every now and again, and he`s certainly one of them."

"To have performed consistently well at the top level for such a long time and stayed with one team is amazing."

"It`s difficult to think of anyone else like Ryan, Sir Bobby Charlton is probably the only other player to compare with Giggsy."

Praise indeed but although I`m a United fan I can`t help thinking something has seriously clouded Wes` judgment here, or is it me that`s got it wrong?

I dont think he actually said in the interview that Giggs was the best player of all time, I'm fairly certain that he actually said that Giggs was his favourite player.
