Utd Chase Chelsea 'Reject'

Utd Chase Chelsea 'Reject'

Do we overtake Chelsea by taking the players they turn away? Sir Alex seems to think so, as he joins the chase for Chelsea's Eidur Gudjohnsen.

But he is not alone, as Europe's elite seem to sense a bargain in the making.

Manchester United join Barcelona and Real Madrid in the race to get the Icelandic striker to leave Stamford Bridge.

His future looks bleak after the Blues strengthened their title-winning squad by signing Andriy Shevchenko and Salomon Kalou.
And now he looks to be heading for a summer exit, with one of Europe's biggest clubs almost certainly the destination.
