United - More on Welbeck!

United - More on Welbeck!

After the notification that Sunderland were sniffing around Danny Welbeck, more news has come to light.

Sunderland, under the astute managerial skills of Steve Bruce, are looking at a one season long loan deal for the player after abandoning any attempts to sign the youngster on a permanent basis.

But, as Bruce`s assistant, Eric Black says,

"The manager has stated he is somebody he`d certainly like to have in his squad, but United are in the States for another couple of weeks."

Patience is a virtue my friends!

So, are we suggesting this united youth product and great "hope for the future" as Fergie is fond of calling him is not good enough for the rag's first team? How are the other young prospects developing?

It would be good for him to go and get first team experience in the PL however i would like to see him stay and gain experience here if Berby has another off-season.
