United - Rooney Coins It In!

No doubt the snipers out there will harp on about Wayne Rooney`s new pay deal at United.

No doubt we can expect a few snipes about it hardly being performance related on the international front.

No doubt there`ll be the usual cry that it`s far too much money in such trying financial times!

But there`s no doubt we`ll all agree that it is a good time to be Wayne Rooney!

With news of a new pay deal starting to become public, with a weekly wage of anywhere between £130,000 and £140,000 being mentioned, Rooney`s bank balance is set to swell even more.

Add to that he successfully fought off a court case involving money-grabbing agents saving close to another £4.5 million, then we`d suggest it`s pretty safe to say that Wayne is going about his business with a smile on his face.

We`d imagine Coleen is pretty chuffed too knowing there`ll be several more frocks appearing in her wardrobe shortly!

Nice one Wayne, now just go out and deliver the goods on the pitch next season and the four others on the reported new deal!

Don't worry about it mate. The tabloid press are for the most part in thrall to the mighty reds, so Rooney won't hear so much as a disapproving word After all, it's Man City that are ruining football by spending money on players and high wages, the rags have never and will never do such a thing Why such is their love of the club and their longing for trophies that most of your players play for absolutely nothing!

We admit we're no angels fcb but we certainly never killed the transfer market by spending 200 mil in 2 years! We never payed decent DM's, not the worlds best DM's 200k a week!
TheFamousNo7
Our best player and a future star is on 140k a week so many of your players who are far much worse than him are being payed alot more. Work that one out.
TheFamousNo7
He's certrainly worth all of that money, but because of this we probably won't see any new players come in now.
