Another rumour doing the rounds yesterday an done that, due to a glut of articles, we chose to ignore, implied that we had suitors for Danny Welbeck.
Welbeck who is seen as one for the future but one who has struggled for first team a match time on a regular basis, is, reportedly, wanted by an old favourite of ours, Steve Bruce at Sunderland.
Now the article relating to the rumour didn`t specify whether it was a loan move or a permanent move.
Reading between the lines and listening to what Sir Alex has been saying in recent weeks, we`d suggest they`d have better luck with the former action than the latter, don`t you!
