Sir Alex Ferguson appears to be suffering from a plethora of injuries, to his squad, before we get anywhere near the season starting.

With Rio Ferdinand recuperating from the knee injury sustained at the training camp before the World Cup even kicked off and with Owen Hargreaves in the USA seeking treatment on an injury set back, Gary Neville has now joined the clan.

It`s been announced that Neville will not be joining the squad on their tour of the USA / Canada as he`s picked up a small tear to his calf muscle.

The tour opens next Friday with a clash against Celtic, doesn`t the new season come around quick?
