United - No Evra?

After having being described as having tarnished the image of the nation, life appears to be getting back to normal in the French camp containing Patrick Evra.

Or does it?

Yesterday, after boycotting training the previous day, over the dismissal of Nicolas Anleka from the camp, the squad did resume training, but all still doesn`t appear to be okay.

Rumours have surfaced, today, that Thierry Henry and William Gallas could well be the instigators of the unrest and the French also appear to have dropped a clanger at their latest press conference.

FIFA rules stipulate that the coach must be accompanied by a player at a pre-match press conference. France, facing South Africa in their final group game, didn`t comply with Raymond Domenech facing the press all alone.

It makes you think Patrice could well be glad when this whole sorry affair ends with a plane trip home!

Back to stability and i can only imagine it happening soon. Then again i wouldn't put it past the French to some how find a way into the next round.

Finally the balloon's out of hot air! They did themselves and everyone else a favor by removing their sorry behinds out of this tournament! What a farce, the players and the coach!
