United - Obertan in St Etienne Link!

Not too long ago we commented on the fact that Glasgow Rangers were looking to take our French winger, Gabriel Obatan, on loan.

Well now it seems that Rangers have a rival to such a deal with the French club, St Etienne, also looking to strike such a deal.

Where, do you believe, Obertan would be best off next season?

Rangers, without a doubt. There he'll get more used to the british playing style.

He's been linked with a loan move to fulham as well, but apparently he wants to stay at the club. Depending on who we sign, he might be better off staying at United. The good news is that there appears to be interest in him - nobody ever wanted to loan Dong Fangzhou!

I think i will take back what i last said and say that he will be best off staying with us though if he were to go out on loan i'd rather it would be somewhere where he can settle and build on his game rather than learn how physical the PL will be for him.

As long as he gets to play a little more regularly, a PL loan would be preferable, get him used to the pace and physicality.
