United - Evra Heading for World Cup Exit!

Tuning into the coverage of France v Mexico last night you couldn`t help but notice just how poor the French side were.

The 2-0 defeat now leaves them staring at an early exit especially as Uruguay and Mexico now know a draw will see then both progress.

Captained by our very own Patrice Evra, the French looked devoid of ideas and appeared to be running on empty. Players were played out of position and the team looked as if running through walls was the last thing they`d do for their beleaguered manager, Raymond Domenech.

Evra, who could be amongst one of the first United players to exit the 2010 World Cup, explained afterwards,

"Tonight I felt we were a bit like a small football nation and it hurts."

With so much talent at his disposal, you can only ponder why Domenech can`t get the team to gel.

France were awful and have been awful. Perhaps if Ireland were to of got into the World Cup there may of been a much better performance!
