'If It's Football, It's Vital'

United - Evra reckons the French are Okay!

Now over in the French camp, as they prepare to face Mexico this evening; Patrice Evra has moved to quell fears that the camp is in disarray.

Evra, captaining the side in 2010, has remarked,

I make sure that the group is in good spirits. I assure you that we are a closely knit team."

All very admirable but talk is cheap Patrice, let`s see the French do something positive on the pitch rather than bore us to tears like they did in the first game they played.

Evra, though in my opinion the best LB in the world doesnt have the leadership qualities needed to lead his country in the way previous France players have. I think France need direction from a demanding figure who links the team together and gives them direction. Also a manager who is as stubborn as to play the same unaffective formation thoughout the game wouldn't go a miss. Seriously Gignac on the right when you've got Ribery to fill that role, I would've let him go up front and support Henry and played a 4-1-2-1-2 formation.

France should stop playing for individuals and play for the team, the talent on the field is too good for them to play the way they did!

well i would say he was way off good to see chicarito score the winning goal
