United - Looking After Wellbeck?

United - Looking After Wellbeck?

Blessed with a wealth of talent, it`ll be interesting to see how Sir Alex Ferguson deals with Danny Wellbeck this season.

Will Danny be given more first team opportunities or will Sir Alex decide the advancement of his career would be better served gong out on loan for the season.

If Danny does go out on loan, the big decision will be whether he goes to a fellow Premier League side, thereby risking the possibility that he may send some time on the bench or does he drop down into the Championship where there`ll be more chance of regular, rather than occasional, first team football.

If it does prove to be the latter then it looks like Sir Alex might well be doing his son, Darren, a favour. Darren, now holding the managerial reigns at Deepdale, has already hinted that Preston are the only championship side in the running when he`s reported as having commented to the media,

"If he comes to a Championship side, it will be to us."

So what will it be, a stay at Old Trafford, a year at Preston or possibly somewhere like Blackpool!

Your opinions would be most welcome!
