'If It's Football, It's Vital'

United - That`s My Boy!

We know the World Cup is a magical occasion and we know that several go to extraordinary lengths to see it.

Personally I`ll be taking several days leave to watch the action unfold but I won`t be jacking my job in like the father of our most recent signing, Javier Hernandez has done.

Javier Senior, who used to work for Chivas de Guadalajara, takes up the story,

"I asked for permission to go to the World Cup, and they didn`t allow me. I want to go to the World Cup and see my kid play. Work is secondary."

That`s the spirit and let`s hope Javier Junior has a storming World Cup!

lol! Maybe we have a job lined up for him at OT! We could use some one to translate Fergie to the Spanish speaking boys!

I suspect Junior's new salary will allow Senior to take his time finding a new job.
Teddy_KGB
lovely story though showing a fathers love!
Red Boy
Its bad enough people arent allowed time off work/college/school to suppor their team during the world cup but to reject a father from watching their son is just pathetic!
TheFamousNo7
Its great and hopefully Chicharito will make him proud at the WC with his performances.
