United - Arteta Poll Results!

Our recently changed poll related to the possibility of Sir Alex snatching the Spanish midfielder, Mikel Arteta, from Everton.

With newspaper speculation rife that Arteta wasn`t happy with the terms offered for a contract extension, the feeling was that the skilful Spaniard would fit neatly into our midfield.

But what did you, the United membership feel about the situation? Did you feel we had a chance of bringing Arteta to Old Trafford or was it a no-go?

Here are the results:-

Good - 42%

So-So 10%

Not a Chance - 48%

Though he is a very good player and I wouldnt mind him in the team, I can't imagine Fergie's one signing being Arteta.
TheFamousNo7
i reckon his one signing will be an out and out striker!
Red Boy
I would welcome him with open arms and to tell u the truth I would take any central midfielder but pls. no more strikers.

Does anyone think a goal keeper should be high on our list, VDS will be with us for a year and PIG, unless he redeems himself will be back up at best.
elvido
I doubt it he doesnt really suit any of our transfer targets in that he is neither cheap nor young
