'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Chelsea Are Not 'In Control'

United dropped two points at Blackburn Rovers today and, coupled with our defeat to Chelsea last Saturday, we are now one point behind the Blues having played a game more. Sir Alex conceded that we are massive outsiders to win the league now.

"It`s going to be very, very difficult to win this league now.'

"We`ll have a lifeline if Chelsea blow it, but in their eyes they have an easy game against Bolton on Tuesday. They`ll expect to win that and that would put them four points clear.'

And they will win that, no doubt. They have recovered from their Champions League exit and are now flying at a crucial stage of the campaign. Therefore it's not going to be difficult to win the league: it's going to be utterly impossible for United. We have lost it, get over it. We lost it last Saturday, as a matter of fact. Even today's game was only a mere formality. Chelsea are not in control - they are Champions.

"in their eyes they have an easy game against Bolton on Tuesday." watch out for the mind games of fergie he is trying to fire bolton up..this comment reminds me a bit abt the kevin kegan and new castle comment all those years ago...lets stay focussed and humble one game at a time...no room for mistakes

Let's face facts for a moment - Fergis is completely past his sell buy date and needs to go soonest!!! Get a young manager with potential, intelligence and class -someone like Paul Ince would be magic. Can you imagine?

Mind games?

We are currently one point ahead if we win in midweek it's 4 points with 4 games it's close but it's not there yet...

RESPECT and HUMBLE thts the key words for us

Wswilly, you have been moaning about Paul Ince for a long time now, I don't think he is the man to fill Fergies boots
Blue Mike
did fergie tell you to write that one?

Pathetic attempt at mind games from Fergie -- it's not over until it's over, and he'll know that better than most.

Noone at chelsea is falling for that. this ones not over by a long way.

I don't see Chelsea winning all the remaining games. I think we will have 2 draws in the remaining 5 games or a draw and a win - no way we can win all the remaining games (Chelsea), so if we manage 2 draws and 3 wins till the end then we'll still be champions as I don't see Arsenal winning all their games and even if ManUtd win all the remaining games, I don't think they will have a better goal difference come the end.

*a draw and a loss (instead a draw and a win)
