United Not Giving Up On Foster Yet

United Not Giving Up On Foster Yet

Ben Foster had his chance early in the season and blew it in quite spectacular fashion. His mistakes could have been more costly but the early season form of the outfield players was decent enough, the Burnley disaster apart so the experiment with Ben did not prove costly.

During Van der Sar's latest injury, Kuszczak was undisputed number one which led many to believe that Sir Alex has given up on Foster who was believed to be a huge talent and a future United and England number one. Other clubs are interested in him: according to reports, Spurs have lodged a bid for him.

United have turned it down though and that indicates the club has not given up on Foster yet. But with Edwin back and Kuszczak doing a good job in his absence, his prospects look bleak.
