Charlton In Turmoil

The impromptu, and somewhat unexpected, announcement was made prior to Saturday's clash with Blackburn by Addicks chairman Richard Murray who revealed Curbishley was to step down.

Curbishley: 'It's nothing to do with any outside influences whatsoever - I don't think I was ever in the running (for the job).'

I'd like to think that you'd be at least 3-0 up at half time, and that the news filters through to Fratton park. But, to be serious for a momnet, I'm sure they will be up for it with AC's last game, i think you should be able to wear them down and get a couple of goals in the last 10 mins to secure second spot in the league.
