United Struggling To Put A Back Four Together

United Struggling To Put A Back Four Together

Nemanja Vidic is back, Patrice Evra has come throught two international games unscathed. These were the good news. The rest? Well, John O'Shea missed a great chance then picked up an injury as Ireland crashed out against France; Jonny Evans is also struggling with an injury sustained with Northern Ireland.

'We're fighting hard to get Evans available, but he's not trained yet. We'll see how he goes today,' Fergie said ahead of Saturday's game against Everton.

Gary Neville suspended, Rio Ferdinand is still out, as is Fabio. Nemanja Vidic should be available again as he played for Serbia without any difficulties; Wes Brown and Patrice Evra are fit as well. With O'Shea doubtful, the right back may well be Rafael da Silva who played one competitive game this season, in the Carling Cup...

Michael Carrick is a slight doubt as well but Anderson, Fletcher, Scholes and Giggs are all available in central midfield. Everton have plenty of problems as well: they could miss up to eleven first team players, including ex-United players Tim Howard, Louis Saha and Phil Neville.

It' like a bad joke it keeps coming up and wont go away, but as long as we score one more than Everton we're all good.

Our attacking play hasn't been exactly irresistible of late though... but we can't really complain, just look at Everton's injury list!
