Berbatov Recovers From Knee Injury

Dimitar Berbatov is fit again, according to the player himself. Dimi missed our last two games (the 3-3 draw against CSKA and the 1-0 robbery at Chelsea) but he's expected to be available against Everton on Saturday evening.

'I received a kick in my knee during the Blackburn match and I needed some rest and some treatment, but I'm okay now and I'll play in Malta,' he told reporters.

Of course there's always the danger that he'll pick up an injury in that most pointless friendly but we can always turn to the trusted method of beating the curse of international friendlies: praying and pleading...

i noticed he was missing and why be critical of him he's been scoring quite a few goals of late and sure they weren't against the toughest of opposition but all goals, regardless of the games they are, in are important.
