Ooh Aah Cantona - Le Roi Will Be Back

Ooh Aah Cantona - Le Roi Will Be Back

Au revoir Cantona and Man United...

ome back when you've won 18!

Oh these ever-so-confident scousers. With their unfailing belief in their own superiority they never seriously considered the possibility that one day United will indeed return with 18 titles to their name and of course they would have laughed derisively if anyone had told them that Liverpool would not win another title in the meantime.

But of course it happened and thus the banner unfurled in 1994 has a glorious significance now. The visiting United fans won't let them get away with their arrogance, of course: everyone who goes to Anfield should take their Cantona masks with them, singing songs for Le Roi. It's up to the team to ensure that the day of his 'return' will be a truly unforgettable one.

Leroy - I thought his name was Eric? LOL. Well we all know that he won't be there in person as he no longer watches football and regards that as a closed chapter in his life.

"The visiting United fans won't let them get away with their arrogance, of course". Because nobody is allowed to be arrogant but united - after all, they've "Earned it"!
