'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Another Day - Another Title

United's recent form has been superb, yet they head to the capital wondering what might have been. Another season Sir Alex would be celebrating the title!

His side has already amassed 79 points this season - more than in one of their eight Premier League title campaigns and equal to that achieved in their historic 1999 treble-winning year - so you have to give credit to Chelsea should they reclaim the title.

The Red Devils wasted their last chance to exert any pressure over the Londoners on Good Friday when they were inexplicably held at home by relegated Sunderland when victory would have closed the gap to just four points.

The transformation partly coincided with the introduction of Louis Saha to Ferguson's starting line-up, a move which has cast major doubt over Ruud van Nistelrooy's United future.
