Bellamy Is A Thug Like His Friend Adebayor

Bellamy Is A Thug Like His Friend Adebayor

Craig Bellamy just cannot control himself, it seems. The Welsh striker was excellent at Old Trafford today, we cannot deny that as he scored two brilliant goals. But apparently, he could not handle defeat very well.

After Owen's 96th-minute winner, the stewards messed up badly and allowed a delirious United fan to stupidly run onto the pitch - where Bellamy went and slapped him over the mouth. Thuggish behaviour? Certainly but at least he did not have a golf club with him this time.

Hughes, of course, defended his man, stating that it was unacceptable that the fan ran onto the pitch. Well certainly it was but it makes it no less acceptable to punch him. Assaulting a fan is likely to warrant punishment, as Eric Cantona would testify. But it seems like City players have this in their DNA: after all, it's only a week since Adebayor stamped on the head of a former colleague...

I bet it was the guy who hit Garrido with a coin and planned to finish the job...

The coin was apparantly thrown at Tevez but he ducked and it hit Garrido

He's not a thug, he's just a stupid **** for going over when the situation was already being dealt with.

Which was it a 'slap' or a 'punch'? You seem confused in your report.

He outclassed every forward in United colours. Just bitter, I think.

You might be bitter because you lot dont have a player like him. Have to rely on dodgy defending to get a player who never scores, grab a brace to draw (With the ref getting you that win!). You lot were poor today, just wait till you play us or Liverpool. Against a strong defence, you lot cant do anyting other than hope for a fluke own goal. Tell me one thing. How much do you lot pay the referee?

Surely United fan was running up to Bellamy to give him a hug and kiss. Kudos to Craig, *****ers that run on the pitch should be smacked and then banned for life from attending any sporting event. And believe me, I am no fan of little crazy man...

A small incident that has been completely blown out of proportion in my opinion.
