Foster Has Future At Old Trafford

Ben Foster has extended his Manchester United contract until 2013 - the deal confirms that Fergie still regards the 26-year-old goalkeeper as talented enough to make an impact at Old Trafford in the next few years.

'I`m really happy to commit my future to the club,' he told ManUtd.com.

'The team spirit here is fantastic and working along side Edwin and Tomasz has been a great influence on my career."

As I said, it's clear that Fergie rates him very highly despite his permanent injury problems and the boss confirmed that himself.

'Ben is seen as one of the best young goalkeepers in England and we genuinely see him as a successor to Edwin."

Zae,I guess he will get his break this season with edwin getting older it means he will be getting a lot more chances, ofcourse he has to be fit enough to take them.

Yes yes yes abmtd, I really rate Foster. Edwin's been fantastic, but hope Foster breaks through this season cos he looks a real prospect.
