'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Vidic: I Have No Desire To Go Anywhere

Nemanja Vidic will NOT leave for AC Milan or Barcelona. The Serbian centre-back is happy at Old Trafford, despite speculation that his wife is increasingly unsettled in Manchester, not enjoying the weather.

'I am very happy here and next season we will start again. I have got no desire to go anywhere. People forget that when you join a new league you don't just have to adjust to the country, you also have to adjust to the style of football.

'I feel my game is well adjusted to England now and I want to play a part in a successful team next season. United can make it a record four titles in a row next year.'

'I've started to understand and love all the things you English love. Now I even love a bacon sandwich!'

I think we can all agree that there's no way back after tasting a bacon sandwich. Great news, the best of the transfer window so far.

He was never going anywhere! Unless he used to play for that moscow team in the mediterranean, in which case maybe these artic shores of our would have troubled him.

I know I'm slow, but I've just clicked.... Champions League Final next year is in Madrid. How sweet to win it there and show Ronny in his own stadium just what he's missing? (no foregone conclusion of course but that would make me laugh - just hoping it's not the other way round)

I still want a bacon sandwich.

Shouldn't that be a prawn sandwich?
