Thank You Lads, You Made Us Proud This Season

Barcelona deserved to win the Champions League. But that does not mean that our lads don't deserve praise: they do.

I, for one, would like to say 'thank you' to every player, coach and staff member who contributed to another memorable season. The players gave their all, we had some fantastic games and we were rewarded with some truly lasting memories.

Thanks, everyone, for the effort and the success of the entire season! We lost tonight, yes, but we can hold our heads high and rightly say that the team we support is a fantastic one.

I'm still proud to be a Manchester United fan and for me that's the most important. We'll be back next season.

the team were outclassed - amazing when you think of the money spent on the United squad. Fergie bullies the premier league teams where he can spend more money on the best players but is often shown up when on a more level playing field.

Alex Ferguson got his selection all wrong tonight, he should of picked Howard Webb

Well, I'm laughing. Three petulant, out-of-control yellow cards after Messi's goal says it all - classless. Forever in our shadow. 5 TIMES. 5 TIMES. Biggest, richest, whatever, never ever the GREATEST. Live with it.

Its hard to be too down about this. We waited 10 years for Sir Alex to get a 2nd, so we can hardly complain about not getting another 12 months later. Next season we'll have the squad to mount an even better challenge, without having to worry about super cups and world club championships. Also, Carrick, Hargreaves, Rio, Rooney, Neville and Welbeck will all be less fatigued for the world cup - which is a bonus for everyone that supports England!

Hard luck fellas. If you had scored first it would have been a different game. As it was the early goal gave them the confidence and belief they needed. Even if you had equalised as you might have done early in the 2nd half I am not sure they wouldn't have wobbled. It's a knockout competition. As you found last season sometimes it goes for you and sometimes against.

Hard luck lads, was rooting 4 u. I have to ask you though, does £31million still seem like a good deal for Berbatov? :)
