Gerrard Rooting For United!

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard wants United to win their fourth European Cup in the season we equalled Liverpool's record of 18 league titles. I guess the fans do not agree with him for once!

"I hope it`s a very good game from a neutral point of view,"

"I`ll be watching the game and hope there is a lot of entertainment. It`s obviously a difficult question. But I`ve got a lot of good friends who play for Manchester United so I hope they win, although obviously I`m sitting on the fence."

What a glory hunting United fan he is, eh?

what's the ****...he only epressed an opinion that he would like United to win.. last sentence is rubbish and out of context...let's be fair, he is genious footballer and nice man, i respect him very much..
Leonax
given he has a choice of being a "glory hunting United fan" or a "glory hunting Barca fan" - and as he says, he has friends that play for united... who else is he going to support?

it's interesting to know who is his friend from United?
Leonax
Rooney for one.

I respect Gerrard for that. Tbh he's only thinking of Rooney and his other friends who play for United. And that an English team should win it.
