'If It's Football, It's Vital'

United Weaker Without The World's Best - Wow!

Andrey Arsavin believes United are not as strong without Cristiano Ronaldo as we are when he plays.

'The Portuguese forward generally means a lot for them, take him away and United would be much weaker,' he told Four-Four-Two magazine.

That takes football analysis to a whole new level, that does. I mean who would have thought that the World Player of the Year, the winner of Ballon d'Or, the Premier League's top goalscorer is a significant asset without whom his side would be weaker?

The Russian, however, went on to reveal that he's got more football knowledge than that.

'A very good goalkeeper, probably the best defence in the world, and a perfect attacking line with Rooney, Berbatov and particularly Ronaldo,' he said, explaining away United's strength.

Hope you'll not enjoy playing against us for the first time, Andrey.

"Hope you'll not enjoy playing against us for the first time, Andrey." Why first time? He kicked your ass at SuperCup match 2:1, then played at Zenit. From Russia With Love.

Well who wouldn't miss their special players, take messi out of barca or kaka out of milan, gerrard out of liverpool or terry out of chelsea or even ???????? someone out of madrid they would look a bit weak.Arshavin should know this better than anyone else that when his team misses him, they definetly look very weak.

To be fair, without Ronaldo, we're not that much worse. Take Vidic out, or Rooney (or Ferdinand to an extent) and we do struggle. Ronaldo I don't think, this season, has been THAT important - we might be slightly weaker but I think other players are more important.
