Will United Get The Trophy On Saturday?

Will United Get The Trophy On Saturday?

I fully realise that United STILL need one point and that Arsenal are absolutely capable of beating us on our own ground. But, for the sake of discussion, let's assume we secure the draw or the win we need to be crowned Champions on Saturday.

Will there be a trophy presentation? I guess not but there should be. Just imagine how fantastic it would be, a brilliant revenge for 2002. But there's another thing.

If Hull manage to stay up then fine, they'll be more than happy to host United's title party as well, even though we'd like it better at Old Trafford. If they don't, though, it will be torture for them to watch us celebrating...

As I said, it's all academical of course as we haven't won the league yet. But I dearly hope (even if I don't expect) that the Premier League makes the arrangements for the presentation. If we blow the chance, well, party postponed, big deal.

I SURE HOPE SO! Away game at Hull could be tricky even if we may still need a point!

Hope you get your point against Wengers Whingers, with a bit bigger squad we would have given him plenty to moan about, next season.... :-)

It would be the perfect way of finishing the season but for that to happen we have to get something out of this game which we should unless we lose focus. So first work hard and then celebrate.

My prediction is a 2-1 victory for utd.A home game and Fergie will surely keep the players on their toes, they will want to finish this job as quickly as possible,so everyone can turn their heads to europe and be fresh and sharp.

I thought trophy presentations were done in the next home game (apart from if you win it on the last day of the season) so in theory, we should get it tomorrow. Chelsea had theirs on the day against us in 2006 and that wasn't their last game. Co-incidentally, they also needed the one point I believe against United, so on that basis, we should get it.
