I'm Beginning To Like The JJB!

I'm Beginning To Like The JJB!

You must warm to it, eh? For the second season running United won a hugely important game at the JJB Stadium - and it could well clinch the title for the Reds.

It's far from being the most charming or beautiful arena of the world - indeed, it is a prototype of the modern English stadiums which is not a compliment I'm afraid. Still, it must have a special place in our hearts now?

After all, we won the title there least season, with a brilliant goal from the evergreen Ryan Giggs - and this time we have taken a giant step towards retaining the crown, and again, a late goal was involved. A late, brilliant goal by Michael Carrick.

So I must admit: I'm starting to love the place!

Yep, for so long yesterday, i worried that we wouldn't get the win. A defeat would have been disasterous - Arsenal could well beat us at Old Trafford (not out of question) so we had to get at least a point (which would still probably leave us needing to win at Hull on the final day). A win, though - fantastic. The stuff of Champions, I think I can safely say. 1 point, guys, just 1 point.
