Fletcher's Fit Again, Brown's Return Is Nigh

Amid the ruins of our challenge for the FA Cup, there are good news for Manchester United. Darren Fletcher has, according to Sir Alex, recovered from his hamstring injury and will be fit to face Portsmouth on Wednesday after missing the games against Porto and Everton.

The other returning player will be Wes Brown who's missed almost the entire season after enjoying an excellent 2007/08 campaign. He completed 60 minutes for the Reserves in the Lancashire Senior Cup against Preston reserves and though he of course won't play against Pompey he could be fit for the run-in - even though we now have plenty of players for that position as Rafael is fit, too.
