Inter Talk About Playing To Win - Barely Credible

Both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and captain Javier Zanetti insist that Inter will come to Old Trafford and play to win. They will attack us, the pair claimed.

Well, just how credible is that, recalling Inter's negativity on their own turf? It is much more likely that they will sit back, trying to soak up the pressure then hit us on the counter - but with no real pace in midfield, that will be more than difficult.

Their confidence looks to be intact - but this talk about attacking United and trying to control the game is nothing more than the 'official talk', and I don't think there's real belief that they can successfully beat United in an open battle.

Ibrahimovic claimed 'we'll play with confidence and with tranquillity'. I tend to agree with Sir Alex though: Inter will set themselves up for a grim, tough battle - and they'll be content to play for penalties.

I think we could surprise everyone with an Inter thrashing or we might just shade it 2-1! Either way, it still takes us through!

looks like their defence will be further weakened,if the reports are to be trusted.I really feel this game is there for the taking if we attack them like we normally attack at old trafford.

jose and his players will try to make noises of their intent to attack but the fact is they are just trying to put united more on the defensive side so that they can drag this game beyond the 90 minutes.

also jose seems to be pretty happy that he can play cambiasso as a make shift centre back. But he forgets that his midfield will lose a lot,he might play muntari in his position but is muntari in cambiasso's class?they should also start with balotelli as his pace can cause a few problems, otherwise utd might create a similar scene and I wouldn't complaint about it.

I see United losing IF Samuel and Balotelli start. The game wilöl be decided in the second half.Manu should try to nick early 1-0 if not then they will lose in the dying minutes. Inter`s style does not require much physical strength.
