Rafael Is Out With Mysterious Injury

Wes Brown's latest injury (apparently, he's fractured his metatarsal) is kept largely quiet by the club, it seems they forgot to issue a news piece about it. Now we have a similar thing with Rafael: the official website announced he could not travel to Milan with the rest of the squad, with no apparent reason disclosed.

A tad strange, this, and very worrying as unless O'Shea and Evans both pass their late fitness test we'll be stuck with having to play Fletcher at right-back at the San Siro. He could even do a job there - but our midfield is likely to be overrun without him...

I'm very pessimistic.
