United Will Drop Points; Blackburn Will Stay Up

Sam Allardyce beat Sir Alex Ferguson this time. The Blackburn manager's will certainly be proven right in the end while Fergie does have a chance of failing with his predictions. But what are we talking about?

Well, Allardyce stated the bloody obvious by claiming that United will drop points between now and at the end of the season.

'They are formidable but not untouchable and somewhere along the line they will drop a point or concede a goal and lose a match,' he said.

'But this is the best form of the season. Many games throughout the early part of the season were a struggle for them but they came through those and that is why they are the best team.

'When they don't deserve to win they still win and when they are in the mood they can take you apart.'

Well, not sure about losing a game (that can be avoided) but dropping points, that's definitely gonna happen. Meanwhile, Fergie backed his esteemed colleague to keep Rovers up after inheriting a fine mess from the Guv'nor.

'I am sure Sam will keep them up. It is tighter than ever. You could say 10 teams are involved. Every time they play you can imagine the pressure on everyone involved. Sam is well aware of that but he has the experience to handle it.'

I think you will lose one more on your cakewalk to the title. Not this one though.

Which one do you think we'll lose?

To Arsenal of course! Come May 16th we will be fighting for our lives in the quest for Champions League qualification, and you lot will already be celebrating the title. That will be a big factor. Also in a few weeks when/if we get a some players back from injury, namely Fabregas, Rosicky, Walcott, Eduardo, and Adebayor, we have a squad capable of beating any team in Europe, even you and Barca.
