Quadruple Talk Is Way Too Early

I should have expected it but still caught me unawares. The press - and John O'Shea - started to talk about United winning the Quadruple this season and now will refer to every game we play as 'another obstacle in the way of the Quadruple bid'.

A quadruple is impossible and we won't win it. Talking about it in January is mad as we haven't won anything yet: still 16 teams compete for the European Cup, and 16 teams will be alive in the FA Cup when the fourth round is concluded. We haven't won the Carling Cup yet and we are first in the league only by the virtue of goal difference.

So, no quadruple talk, all right? I'm superstitious.

It is nice that we are still in all competitions but the quadruple talk is just ludicrous! I won't say its impossible as anything can happen in football but winning all four is just too far out of our reach.

Lets take each game as it comes.The most important thing is to give your 100% and focus and if we manage to do that,then anything is possible.
