Ross Still Loves Us!

Ross Still Loves Us!

Giuseppe Rossi, to be honest, was far from impressive in Tuesday's boring stalemate at Villarreal. The Spaniards' striker barely got a touch on the ball and didn't really have a single noticeable chance. But his heart is still in the right place.

"I really enjoyed it," he told MUTV.

"It was a tough because we were playing a team of real quality. But the result was good. The main focus for us was to get through."

"It was really special for me. I spent three great years with United and now I'm playing for Villarreal I`m enjoying that too. We`re doing well in La Liga, we`re third, and now we`re doing it in the Champions League as well.

"I`m enjoying life here in Spain. I like the set-up, the lifestyle and the football we`re playing, of course. I`m just getting used to it. I still look out for United`s results, always. I left some great friends back in Manchester and some great team-mates, too. I wish United the best."

We wish you the best Giuseppe, too, then.
