We'll Have To Cope Without Brown Tomorrow

Wes Brown is set to miss tomorrow's Champions League clash at Celtic's Parkhead stadium with an ankle injury.

The 29-year-old Manchester lad who, I feel, is still our best option at right-back, has not featured against Hull because of the same injury and could not take part in training on Tuesday. That means that either Gary Neville or Rafael da Silva will get the nod at Celtic.

I think that Gary Neville is more than capable of doing the job done - he looked the most assured of the back four against Hull on Saturday - but what will be at the Emirates? I mean, Gary is surely not your man to play three full games a week... I hope Brown will recover as I would not, yet, deploy Rafael against Nasri. O'Shea would still be a better option then.

Though, of course, it is possible that Gary Neville is indeed fit enough to play 270 minutes in 7 days. All the better then.
