Has Berbatov Ever Seen A Tap-In?
Dimitar Berbatov described his second goal as nothing else but a tap-in... Well, I fear his brain have been addled by the joy of scoring the first one...
"It`s a goal like any other," he said. "It was a tap-in and that was it, 3-0."
So, a brilliant volley that flies straight into the net from 12 yards is a tap-in? Oh well. Trezeguet's winner at Euro 2000 was a tap-in then, as Zidane's Champions League decider in 2002... which Berbatov witnessed in person as he was a member of the Leverkusen side which lost that final after knocking out United in the semis.
His extreme coolness is a tad exaggerated here: there's nothing shameful about being happy about a goal. It wasn't the greatest goal of all time but to call it a tap-in... a joke, really.

What he means by that is that the whole work was done by his teammates and his sole contribution was a single touch, regardless how spectacular.
In his mind he is craving for a goal after running 30 yards past 4 defenders, rounding the keeper and scoring with his heel.
