A bus shall take you from Old Trafford down the short six miles deep into Manchester`s countryside to "Fortress Carrington", where not even the media can get past the trees and fencing! Here, you will meet your club coaches for the day and find out exactly "What Makes a Champion Team", before being whisked away for a nutritional lunch. An exciting morning is then turned into an adrenaline-filled afternoon with a unique training session hosted by Manchester United`s OFFICIAL goalkeeping coaches, thus focusing on the individual skills that you can then use to become a world-class goalkeeper! This is followed by a small-sided (8-per-team) tournament, where you can act out your new found world-class skills alongside your team mates, who will have been training to . To top off your day, you are invited to a post-match presentation ceremony, followed by a return trip back to Old Trafford and immediate bragging rights to your friends!

Carrington is Manchester United's state of the art training facility that covers 70 acres and boasts 14 pitches of varying size. Inside the complex, there is training and rehabilitation areas, physiotherapy, massage rooms and remedial and hydrotherapy pools, alongside squash and basketball courts, sauna, steam and weight rooms, a restaurant for staff and players and conference rooms. This is an experience that is definitely not to be missed by budding Van der Sar`s, so get your boots on!! Football Aid was created as a unique way of raising money for charity and voluntary organisations. Through our parent charity, Field of Dreams' multi-beneficiary grant award scheme, the funds raised from the Football Aid events are distributed to diabetes research, education and management projects plus charities nominated for funding by Manchester United.

Football Aid apologise if you are not a Manchester United fan, however we wanted to allow all of our goalkeepers the chance to participate in this exclusive day.

We look forward to seeing you!
