A Rafined Taste? Liverpool v Man Utd

A Rafined Taste

LIVERPOOL V MANCHESTER UNITED

First game back after the transfer window and both sides did typical business.

United added another mega-million pound man and Rafa bought a load of no-mark foreigners who will be in the Dutch league a year from now.

It is incredible he has the support of the Liverpool fans, as it's obvious to everyone else that the club will never compete for the Premiership with the angry Spaniard in charge. He appears to have a Napoleon complex but would be more at home as the bad guy in Willow.

If it were not for the Kop's wet dream no.9 Rafa's head would be at the bottom of the Mersey by now, and it's a serious blow that he looks set to miss the match against their bitter rivals.

The many-legged, robotic mutant that has been wandering the city this week now has it easy, as his replacements have none of Rio's class. For all the likely Scouse impotence I think United will also struggle to hit the net and a stalemate is in order.
