Fergie: Berbatov 'Will Be Involved'

It's not certain that he will start but Dimitar Berbatov will feature at Anfield on Saturday.

The Bulgarian was signed on transfer deadline day but he's been away on international duty with Bulgaria since that. Our first chance to see him in a United shirt is one of the biggest games of the season...

'We've got to look to see how all the players come back from international duty, that's the first thing, but he's sure to be involved,' said Fergie.

As Rooney and Berbatov were both involved in Wednesday's qualifiers the only certainty is Carlos Tevez who had been sent off on Saturday and is therefore well rested for the game.

Further injury news are also positive: Carrick and Giggs could both return while there's no news about Anderson who was forced to miss Brazil's World Cup qualifiers because of injury.

Thats FANTASTIC NEWS! I think he'll start considering Tevez will most likely arrive late.

Berbatov wasn't playing on Wednesday, he's had a full week to recover and I believe he'd be in the starting list.. No matter that his team mates had only a week to work with him, some of them just a day or two. He'll be there and show what he's able to... I expect him to blossom alongside the wonderful footballers in Man U...
