For the first time in history the country is gearing up for an all-English Champions League Final.

English dominance of the competition has been evident over the past few years, with the fourth year running a representative from the Premier League going all the way and this time it will be two when Liverpool and Chelsea resolve their tie on Wednesday.

Cristiano Ronaldo may not have delivered his promise - the Portuguese winger vowed to atone for his missed penalty at the Nou Camp a week ago by scoring at Old Trafford - but he won't mind too much.

The newly crowned back to back PFA Player of the Year was full of praise as United booked their place in Moscow with a stunning Paul Scholes strike settling the tie.

And the 23-year old simply can't wait for the final to come around!
