Chelsea's New Striker Looks Dangerous!

Though Drogba looks like he can't be bothered about Chelsea and Anelka can't score to save his life, the Russian roubles seemingly managed to secure a deadly scorer.

Tonight's Champions League semi-final at Anfield was by no means a classic and Chelsea were outplayed for the best part of the game. However, they were rewarded with an away goal at the end after surviving some serious scares.

A typically predatory piece of finishing from their new signing ensured they will now have a much easier task on their hands. As the clock was nearing the end of the four minutes stoppage time, Kalou got the ball near the byline, he looked up and swung it in and the red-headed poacher dived in to head into the roof of the net.

Fantastic goal, I tell you, and I'm in cold sweat now. This Riise chap looks absolute quality, Rio and Vida will have to be at their very best to nullify him on Saturday!

We'll be playing at Chelsea on Saturday and if we get to Moscow, then probably in the Champions League final, too. So it's got a lot to do with United.
