'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Rio Fit, Vidic Close

Rio Ferdinand is fit to play: neither his left nor his right foot troubles him enough to miss the Arsenal clash.

The centre-back was limping a bit during the Roma game due to a gash on his right foot but had no trouble with his left which he injured at Middlesbrough.

His partner in defence is not fit for Sunday, contrary to some earlier, hopeful reports but should be fit to face Blackburn on April 19, four days before United visit Barcelona.

'Vidic is doing very well,' revealed Fergie.

'He's not available for Sunday, but he should be back for Blackburn.'

Another injury doubt is Nani: the Portuguese has still not recovered fully from his thigh injury but he has an outside chance of making the squad for Sunday. He will definitely be back for the Blackburn game, or so they say.

It's unlikely that Fergie will risk playing either Silvestre or Neville, despite both of them taking part in the Roma game: a tried and tested back four of O'Shea, Brown, Ferdinand and Evra will take on the Gunners, probably.

The big question is the midfield and that whether Park, Giggs or Tevez will start along Ronaldo and Rooney. My prediction is this starting line-up:

Van der Sar - O'Shea, Brown, Ferdinand, Evra - Anderson, Scholes, Carrick - Giggs, Rooney, Ronaldo

Subs: Kuszczak, Pique, Hargreaves, Tevez, Park

yeah but i doubt arsenal wil be as open at the back than roma were. id stick with ronaldo and park....or go for a 4-3-3 with carrick anderson and hargreaves with rooney ronaldo and park up top.

Sounds good to me.Park has been brilliant for us.

Play Pique over O'Shea...PLEASE! Formation will probably be their Euro set up like against Liverpool.
