'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Brown Wants To Punish Roma

United have one foot in the semi-finals of the Champions League but we must not leave the other one behind, warns Wes Brown.

The 2-0 victory at the Stadio Olimpico sent out a warning signal to all Europe but with all the defensive crisis going on, it's still not certain that we will reach the last four. It is vital, Brown says, that our focus will be total and our attention will not drift away.

'It is easy to say we are through but Roma are a quality side. They could nick a goal.

'We have got to go into the second leg the way we did in the first game.

'It is important to be patient and when we get chances, we must punish them.'

We had to endure a nervous time against Lyon because of our failure to take our chances. That should not happen again - a quick goal would go a long way to ensure a relaxed night's work.

well... i believe we are almost in the semis. Roma are without Totti, so i dont think it'll be a tough game for us.

Roma are without Totti and we are without Rio and Nemanja so it could be a lot tougher than we think.

they were with Totti last year and got beaten 7-1... they got beaten in their own Stadium, and we've got 2 away goals... maybe we will have some problems in defence but their only good scorer Totti is injured... even a very slight win or a draw will knock them out.

A slight win or a draw sounds like a tough enough game to me but I think we will go through ;)
