Park Over The Moon

Ji-sung Park is chuffed to finally score a goal for United as he's not registered one since his injury almost a year ago.

His last came against Blackburn on March 31 2007, in the game he got injured. Ronaldo's wicked free-kick was parried by Friedel but the rebound was tucked away by Park to seal the win in that game that proved to be priceless.

His goal today was maybe not as important as the previous one but it certainly killed Fulham off before they could have found energy and hope to snatch a point.

'I`m so happy to get the goal," Park told MUTV.

"I really needed it because scoring gives you great confidence. You never know if you`re going to play but today was beautiful!"

Now, it's a great thing that we finally started firing, just like last season when everyone chipped in with the goals. Looking forward to more from Nani, Park, Scholes, Giggs, Anderson, Hargreaves, Carrick, Fletcher... you know, the supporting cast. They could prove to be vital.

Still below your average level. I can't see a reason why you keep him other than shirt sales in Asia.

jesus opr - can i detect a little jelousy towads park ji sung. anyway ive always realy liked park, though hes not our most gifted,he is a tireless wrker, and is held is real high esteem by the other players, purely for his wok rate. he adds spmething to the team, which is why i dont agreewith the argument that he is here just to sell shirts, hes a very good squd player. oh and russian hammer - h would walk into your joke of a team easily, yur wingrs are ****.
